If you login and browse to the thread you posted in you should see edit options above each post you have made:

edit-post.gif

Select Edit and you will be able to change what you wrote.  Any further queries, please ask.

There's only two options above any post I've made which are Quote and Reply.

That's all I see as well is the two options.  Is it perhaps you have to be a moderator or something to have the edit option available to you?
