I agree the bigger the guys site gets and the more people posting on the forum, the more mods and admins are needed to help cover the 'watch'

And like Char, I have mod experience's been a mod on one forum for over 3 years so I would be more than willing to help the 'watch' lol!

I've had to deal with few arguments and conflicts, and nasty people on the site I moderate on, lots of times, sad really, oh and lots of spammers too!!! if you need a reference from the webmaster/admin I mod for...just let me know lol!!
